Two years after construction began, most of the retail space in Town Center is rented. Add the opening of Civic Green Park and the interest in town houses surrounding the park and retail areas, and Shea's vision of new urbanism has come to life. Many of the store are open: Jamba Juice, Lansdowne Arms, Egg & I, Qdoba, Coldstone Creamery, Fatburger, Tattered Cover, Bed Bath Beyond and Home Depot, once the lone business in the center.
