Staging your home to sell it sooner

Tough economic times continue to eat away at the housing market. Home sales and loans in Mesa County are declining compared to last year. However, sellers can learn some helpful tips to make their home as welcoming to would–be buyers as possible.

"The biggest thing is de–cluttering and sprucing up if you have walls that need paint," says 24-year veteran Realtor Betty Fulton, who works for Bray Real Estate.
